As an initiator of the world's leading women's site, Clemen Chiang is a marketing expert and entrepreneur who gained more than six years of business experience as the CEO of his own companies before accepting his current position. In 2001, Clemen Chiang co-founded CozyCot.com, a women's site that now reaches more than 1 million unique visitors a month. CozyCot Pte Ltd was named the number one women's website from 2006 to 2010 by Experian Hitwise, as well as by Singapore's Marketing Magazine in 2011. Since Mr. Chiang's participation with CozyCot's development, his team has managed to generate over $2 million in revenue in less than three years.

Before CozyCot.com, Mr. Chiang was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of his first company, Colemen International Pte Ltd, while earning his degree in marketing, business, and management. Clemen Chiang led the firm to gain more than 5,000 corporate customers by using top-notch services with online marketing tools and a systematic IT-based approach. Colemen International soon received the Top Performing Partner Award for its affiliation with StarHub in 2002.

Before he excelled in his career path, Mr. Chiang excelled with an impressive academic track record. He attended the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. During his time there, Clemen Chiang received the Shah Family Prize for his outstanding entrepreneurial abilities, as well as the Singapore International Foundation ASEAN Visiting Student Fellowship. He went on to obtain his MBA from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Chiang then continued his post-graduate education and studied marketing, business, and management. He is currently in the process of earning his PhD.

Clemen Chiang served as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces between 1993 and 1995. He earned awards in jungle survival and marksmanship. He also obtained a private pilot's license from the Youth Flying Club, and was School Captain of Dunman High School. Mr. Chiang enjoys spending his time reading, swimming, jogging, and participating in water sports.
